#1 How to estimate bugs and subtasks?

By default, it's not possible to estimate bugs and subtasks. To fix this, you need to add bugs or subtasks to an estimation field scheme.

Follow these steps:

  1. From a dashboard, go to the "Settings" menu.
  2. Click on the"Issues" menu item.
  3. On the left sidebar, select "Custom fields."
  4. In the search field, type a field name. The field name can be different. It depends on your configuration. Usually, the field name is "Story Points" (not "Story points estimate") or "Time original estimate."
  5. Click "Contexts and defaults" in the field menu.
  6. On the "Configure Custom Field" page, click "Edit context."
  7. Select issue types(use "Cmd+Click" on Mac or "Ctrl+Click" on Windows).
  8. Select applicable context. You can apply for a project or globally.
  9. Save.
  10. That's it!

#2 How to fix an issue "Field 'customfield_0000' cannot be set. It is not on the appropriate screen, or unknown."?

To fix the issue, you need to add an estimation filed to an issue screen.

Follow these steps:

  1. From a dashboard, go to the "Settings" menu.
  2. Click on the "Issues" menu item.
  3. On the left sidebar, select "Screens."
  4. In the search field, type a project key. You will see screens associated with the project.
  5. Click "Configure" on a screen you want to change.
  6. On the "Configure Screen" page, scroll to the bottom.
  7. Select a field you want to add from a dropdown. The field name can be different. It depends on your configuration. Usually, the field name is "Story Points" (not "Story points estimate") or "Time original estimate."
  8. That's it! You might need to repeat steps for other screens.

#3 How to disable Async Poker for a project?

Follow these steps:

  1. Go to a project.
  2. Scroll down to Async Poker Section.
  3. Disable Async Poker.
  4. Refresh.

#4 How to disable Async Poker for multiple project in the app configuration?

Follow these steps:

  1. Go to a Apps
  2. Select "Manage your apps"
  3. Click "Configure" for Async Poker
  4. Disable Async Poker for any project
